Our Construction Projects
"As flexible as a tenant and as secure as an owner!"
Society is becoming ever faster-paced and is in a state of constant change. A strong community helps more than ever to master everyday challenges and to actively shape them.
We develop construction and housing projects that create a special sense of living and lifestyle in rural regions outside the major cities. Together with the members, suitable housing concepts are created for long-term coexistence of young and old, as well as for commercial and private use.
Self-help, self-management, and personal responsibility! Every member enjoys the right and the opportunity to help shape their living environment. Welcome!
Sustainable Service in Construction
Building Biology According to IBN Standards
Building Biology Construction Materials Consulting
As a certified Building Biologist IBN, support is provided in selecting healthy, low-toxicity, and sustainable materials for new construction, remodeling, or renovation. Together, alternatives to conventional building materials are reviewed, emissions and moisture protection are evaluated, and attention is paid to a balanced indoor climate. This creates a building that not only convinces from a technical standpoint, but also contributes to long-term well-being.
Support During the Construction Phase
Construction projects are supported from planning through execution, with a focus on ensuring that building biology recommendations are consistently implemented. This includes site inspections, checking critical details such as insulation, airtightness, and moisture protection, as well as coordination with architects and tradespeople. The goal is a low-pollutant, durable, and healthy living environment that complies with the guidelines of the IBN.
Pollutant and Indoor Climate Assessment
On request, existing buildings are analyzed for potential exposure to pollutants, mold, or unfavorable building physics conditions. Based on the building biology guideline values of the IBN, a clear evaluation is provided with concrete recommendations for action. This allows renovation measures to be planned in a targeted way and helps create a healthier living and working environment step by step.
